Imperial Pools is a wholesale distributor providing local contractors and retail outlets the products they need relating to swimming pool and spa installation, maintenance, and enjoyment.
The swimming pool industry is expanding rapidly and we are looking for energetic, career minded and motivated individuals to join our customer service team ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers over the phone, e-mail and face to face
- Sales and quote entry for swimming pool and spa related items
- Invoicing orders and preparing paperwork for customer deliveries
- HazMat paperwork preparation
- RMA (returns) processing
- Filing paperwork and assisting with general office duties
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Working with other branches and corporate offices via e-mail and phone
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in retail or distribution sales
- 1 year of general office experience
- Be able to work well in a fast paced and team like environment
- Reliable transportation to and from branch in Latham, NY
- Familiar with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Dependable and punctual. Willing to work 40 hours weekly
- Experience in swimming pool & spa industry is desired but not required
