Job Description
- Looking for Program managers / project managers with experience with the Operational Risk Event (ORE) and / or Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process
- Milestone management for stopping customer impact, remediation and control enhancement across the Global infrastructure organization, Merchant network, Service organization.
- This role will read efforts to remediate card members that have been impacted by technology events through ORE or CAPs.
Operational Risk Events and / or Corrective Action Plan (CAP) is mandatory.
