Operations Associate

You are going to be our fourth hire on the West Coast! You will act as a "operations associate". You will have the opportunity for career growth and a chance to be a part of healthcare's next biggest thing in remote patient management technology.

ABOUT: Impilo (https://www.impilo.health/) provides logistics and data solutions for healthcare companies and providers to best support their remote patient monitoring programs. Through our platform, companies can confidently ship smart at-home medical devices to patients and manage patient data with live medical readings. Our logistics services include device procurement, warehousing, customizable direct-to-patient shipping, and device refurbishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be asked to perform the duties of device refurbishment. Sanitizing, inspecting, testing, kitting, as well as other positions in the warehouse such as packing, receiving, staging, repack, and ultimately shipping. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Must Haves-Qualifications

Ability to carry out written or oral instructions and a keen attention to detail.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

Ability to operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.

Ability to stand, stoop, lift and perform manual dexterity.

Lift up to 50-pound boxes, remain on foot for the entire shift.

Willingness to learn

Experience with Google G Suite as well as Microsoft Office

- Receive and process incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, perform cycle counts
- Pick, Kit, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners for picking, receiving, put-away, replenishments and load functions, as required.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
- Experience with order fulfillment processes, including order picking and packing
- Proficiency in operating RF scanners for inventory tracking

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
