Systems Engineer- Huntsville
Salary - $72,000k

In-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks Systems Engineers to support our rapidly growing engineering work for the Missile Defense Agency’s Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) element of the Ballistic Defense System (BMD). We have openings for junior to mid-level individual contributors.
The work is performed at our customer site in Huntsville, Alabama.
Job Duties:

Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree an Engineering field such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering

2 years of related professional experience
-
Understanding of systems engineering ‘V’ and be capable of performing engineering analysis

Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
-
Knowledge of C , JAVA, or Ada
-
Development utilizing a Linux based development environment.

Demonstrated application of Systems design, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Prior experience working on Missile Defense programs.

Prior experience working using DOORS.

Prior experience using Atlassian Tools

Familiar with Agile terminology and best practices Familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Cameo

Familiar with automated software requirements testing and analysis.

Familiar with Software Containerization and Orchestration
-
Familiar with DevSecOps and Jenkins continuous integration/continuous delivery and deployment (CI/CD) automation
