DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
On-Site Project Leadership
- Direct and manage end-to-end project execution at job sites, ensuring seamless delivery of advanced security systems.
- Act as the primary on-site technical authority to meet critical project milestones and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to drive projects to successful completion.
Technical Leadership and Guidance
- Lead a high-performing team of technicians and installers, providing expert technical direction.
- Deliver advanced troubleshooting and support for complex system installations.
Budget Awareness
- Partner with project managers to optimize resource allocation and ensure adherence to financial parameters.
- Develop cost-effective strategies for deploying high-quality solutions.
Complex Problem Solving
- Tackle complex technical challenges in system architecture and deployment.
- Develop innovative, scalable solutions to meet unique client demands.
Quality Control and Best Practices
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to uphold industry standards and ensure system reliability.
- Implement best practices to optimize system performance and long-term operational stability.
Technical Documentation and Training
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, architecture diagrams, and process workflows.
- Provide in-depth technical training to junior staff and end-users to enhance operational proficiency.
Solution Design and Architecture
- Design and deploy tailored access control and surveillance solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructures.
- Leverage emerging technologies to deliver innovative and future-ready security systems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position will require lifting, twisting, standing, bending, sitting or crouching at least 90% of the time. Frequent use of a phone and keyboard will be repetitive. The employee will be required to travel from time to time and must be willing to work various shifts to accommodate the needs of company events. The employee must be able to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The nature of this position will require the employee to work in various elements (Inside, Outside, Sitting, Standing, etc. and in various temperatures)
