- Develop and document creative processes, decision logs, and other key information to support reliable and consistent workflows
- Assess what is currently working and reassess as the company and team evolve with flexible and evolving approaches to operations
- Execute general agency operations communications and change management, with clear and consistent messaging and reinforcement
- Support ongoing administrative needs including freelance hiring and onboarding, documentation upkeep, meeting management, and other as-needed
- Partner with agency leadership to build an outstanding operations function, with an emphasis on processes, tools, consistency, and efficiency
