We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to provide support for the Community Employment Services (CES) Program Director and staff.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and complete general clerical duties as requested by the program director in a timely fashion
- Copying, scanning, and routing documents
- Maintenance of participant files
- Setting up and conducting interviews for CDC positions as requested
- Checking references of potential CES staff
- New staff training (computer, voice mail, timecard/audit trail, etc.)
- Weekly review of CES audit trails and Case Magic narratives
- Complete Alta and DOR billing and organize billing documentation
- Maintaining participant files
- Coordinate coverage - assist in scheduling CES staff time off requests
- Attend CES staff meetings and take minutes
- Review staff mileage and participant timecards for accuracy before submitting to payroll
- Send participant monthly progress reports to Alta and DOR as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- High School Diploma
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of two years’ experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in services for individuals with disabilities, with indications of increasing levels of responsibility.
Preferred Education and Experience:

- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, preferably in an inclusive and integrated setting.
Education:
- BA/BS

- Must be able to verify employment eligibility under USCIS I-9 requirements
