Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of the wireless program, including mobile device support and upgrades, inventory management, and troubleshooting.
- Help manage iPhone upgrade projects and analyze cellular bills.
- Provide day-to-day support to the IT Coordinator with PC refresh tasks, including imaging, asset tagging, file transfers, software installations, and troubleshooting.
- Support inventory control, asset management, and surplus processing.
- Maintain and record events by creating service tickets.
- Provide occasional support for in-state travel and overnight stays for equipment refreshes and new deployments.
- Proven experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting, preferably with mobile devices and PC management.
- Strong understanding of wireless networks, mobile devices (iPhone), and IT asset management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with imaging, asset tagging, and software installation.
- Previous experience in a state or government IT environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management and surplus processing.

- The role is primarily based in the office, with occasional travel depending on project needs.
- First-round interviews will be the week of 01/06, second-round interviews will be the week of 01/13. Each interview will last 25 minutes, with a 5-minute break between sessions.
