Production Manager

Compensation: $120,000 - $139,000 bonus 

Location: Tulsa, OK

Position: Production Manager

This is a chance to join a company investing heavily in automation and innovation, providing a dynamic opportunity to lead change, drive operational excellence, and build scalable processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day leadership to production supervisors and manufacturing support staff across multiple shifts.
  
• Support strategic business initiatives by contributing to sales and operations planning (S&OP) and long-term production strategies.
  
• Ensure effective coordination across internal departments impacting production, including scheduling, engineering, shipping, inventory control, and purchasing.
  
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
  
• Oversee the installation and integration of new automation equipment and robotic welding systems.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration within the production team.
  
• Maintain production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure quality standards are met.
  
  
  

  Required Qualifications & Experience:

  
  
  
  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
    
  • 6–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    
  • 6–8 years of supervisory or managerial experience within a production setting.
    
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
    
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and shop floor operations.
    
    
    

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

    
    
    
    
    
    • Experience with automation systems and robotic welding technology.
      
    • Hands-on involvement with the installation of new automation equipment.
      
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
      
    • SAP or similar ERP system experience.
      
    • Background in steel fabrication or HVAC manufacturing.
