Responsibilities:
- Working heavily within the general ledger, handling accruals and reconciliations
- Reviewing lease agreements, modifications, early move outs, and terminations to provide budgets and expense reimbursement billings.
- Preparation of variance analysis and financial statements for individual properties
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Heavy GL experience
- 1-2 years experience in Property Accounting
- JD Edwards or Yardi experience
- Experience working within Real Estate
- SOX experience
- Flexible onsite hours, (7-4, 9-6, etc.)
