Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of SAP SD business processes to align with organizational needs.
- Oversee the existing SAP ECC system to ensure smooth operations in sales, billing, shipping, and invoicing.
- Provide expert technical support to end-users for SAP SD-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Configure SAP systems to meet business requirements, including pricing, taxation, and credit management, adhering to industry best practices.
- Modify, test, and implement SAP S/4Hana systems to meet evolving business needs and ensure system performance.
- Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to support project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Material Management (MM) and Financial Accounting (FI) to recommend process improvements.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer master data and other sales-related information within SAP.
- Partner with implementation teams to support SAP S/4Hana project milestones and successful execution.
- Resolve real-time integration issues to prevent disruptions in sales and distribution processes.
- Perform unit and integration testing for system changes to ensure quality and functionality before deployment.
- Provide critical support during SAP SD go-live activities, ensuring successful system operation and issue resolution.
- Deliver training and ongoing user support to enhance effective use of SAP SD functionalities within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10 years of experience as an SAP SD and/or OTC Business Analyst, with extensive expertise in configuring and implementing SAP S/4Hana SD.
- Strong understanding of configuring key SAP SD components including sales documents, pricing, availability checks, credit management, and billing.
- Experience with integrations between SAP SD and other SAP modules (e.g., Materials Management, Finance, Logistics Execution).
- Ability to design and configure the SAP S/4Hana SD module to meet organizational needs.
- Proficient in providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4Hana SD/OTC module functionality.
- Advanced analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), and other ERP systems.
- SAP S/4Hana certification (Sales 2020 or above) is highly desired.
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Food/Beverage Manufacturing, or Retail.
- Experience with EDI, IDOC, BAPI, Seeburger, and related systems.
