Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple systems, including perimeter cameras and security notifications from platforms such as Splunk
- Respond to calls on the SOC hotline, and coordinate with the ITCC/NOC team to process tickets
- Monitor security systems for any suspicious activity or new filings from key partners
- Triaging incoming alerts to assess the need for further action or escalation
- Assist with light documentation and reporting as required
- Maintain a proactive presence and ensure continuous monitoring for potential security incidents
- Previous experience in a security operations center or similar monitoring role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Basic technical proficiency in security systems, including monitoring platforms such as Splunk
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
- Dependability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with cameras, alarm systems, or similar security hardware
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and incident management processes
- Knowledge of security threat analysis and monitoring tools
