What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Hospital Manager position at Incline Veterinary Hospital?
Incline Veterinary Hospital has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Hospital Manager to join our team! Candidates should have management or other high level leadership experience in a veterinary setting as well as hands on clinical skills. Candidates who are Licensed Veterinary Technicians are highly desired and will be given top priority.
This is a full-time position with a 5/8 schedule, and availability needed Monday-Friday.
In addition to nursing and client service duties, you will collaborate with our Medical Director to support the day to day operations of the hospital.
Some of the responsibilities for this role:
- Monitoring the flow of work in the hospital
- Creating team schedules
- Training and mentorship
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Resolution of client disputes
- Inventory and budget management
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Marketing and safety initiatives
- Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Full-time benefits and compensation:
- Compensation: $75k-85k annually (based on experience and skillset)
- Bonus Package for licensed LVT: $2000
- CE allowance for licensed LVT or CVPM: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter
