Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is an established and respected partner to school districts, families and communities having provided quality services to thousands of individuals with autism and other disabilities. IECP has part time and full time Associate Supervisor positions available in our programs throughout Lake County, CA. We have offices in Ukiah and Lakeport, and are currently looking for qualified staff willing to travel in and around Clearlake, Lower Lake, Upper Lake, Lakeport, Kelseyville and other surrounding cities. There is the possibility of hybrid/remote work with this position.
Responsibilities include supervising direct staff working in family's homes, writing assessments, behavioral support plans, and quarterly reports, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring client progress and evaluating program effectiveness under the supervision of Master's level Program Supervisor or BCBA. Initial and ongoing training is provided. Ideal staff have obtained a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 1 year of experience practicing ABA strategies and behavior intervention.
People with backgrounds in education, psychology and other related fields also encouraged to apply.
Job requirements include:
Bachelor's degree required, extensive knowledge and experience in Positive Behavioral Support, ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and instructional methodologies preferred. Requirements of this position include

- Reliable transportation throughout the Mendocino County region

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
