Inclusive Perspectives Counseling is a private, outpatient psychotherapy practice consisting of both independently licensed social workers and mental health counselors and those working towards licensure. We provide counseling services to a multitude of populations. We strive to be an inclusive environment for diverse clientele and accept a variety of insurance plans. Inclusive Perspectives Counseling offers a beautiful office space with access to a playroom and sensory room for our younger clientele as well as a shared waiting room and restroom. Offices are professionally decorated and shared based upon clinical hours worked. Referrals, billing and administrative duties including networking, credentialing and consultation are managed by trained staff members so therapists can focus on their clinical case loads. Supervision is also available with one of our knowledgeable psychotherapists.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
Inclusive Perspectives Counseling (formerly Kristin Bowles and Associates) is seeking fee-for-service Masters Level Licensed and pre-licensed clinicians (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D ) to join a growing private, group practice in Dedham, MA. Currently, we are hiring for a hybrid position with both in office and remote hours. Fee-for-service positions are available with those clinicians maintaining 25 client facing hours per week being eligible for company sponsored benefits.
- The ideal candidate is equipped to see various populations with a focus on seeing children, teens and families. Experience with adults is also a plus.
- Specialties and additional certifications are welcomed and experience with trauma, marginalized populations (people of color, LGBTQ , etc.) and/or the perinatal population is strongly preferred.
- Independent Licensure is strongly preferred.
- Have at least 1-2 years post Masters experience.
- Be self-motivated and autonomous but show a strong ability to work collaboratively with team members and community
Within this fee-for-service W-2 hybrid position, hours can be flexible although some evening and weekend hours are required. The ideal schedule is to hold 15 hours of in-office appointments per week.
