About This Opportunity
In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to get exposure working with multiple buying teams within Costco. This internship will not only provide you with valuable hands-on experience but also allow you to develop leadership and analytical skills. You'll have the chance to present innovative business ideas and tackle real customer challenges, making a tangible impact on our operations. Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: placing orders, weekly inventory tracking, communicating inventory levels to Costco teams
- Sales Tracking: sales tracking by store of multiple pallet programs
- Customer Service Tickets: assisting with Costco customer service issues (CAT Escalations) helping respond and resolve within 24-48 hours, follow up with internal teams
- Project Tracking- helping to capture notes and follow up action items on both internal and external calls
Qualifications
- Interns are required to work 20 hours per week (flexible M-F schedule) year-round. 3.0 GPA and above.
- Students entering their junior year through graduate school are eligible.
- Students local to Atlanta pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field as we are looking for you to solve real world problems.
- Knowledge of analytic tools such as Power BI or Excel is preferred.
