About This Opportunity
We are looking to add a Licensing Coordinator I to our Compliance team! Licensing is a fast-paced, constantly evolving regulatory environment focused on providing timely reporting, registrations and renewals for InComm's money transmitter licenses. Our Columbus, Georgia location offers a unique culture of risk and compliance professionals that work together as one team! For those who are flexible and motivated, there are opportunities for growth and advancement within the Department.
Responsibilities
- Assist Licensing Specialist II and Licensing Manager in all daily licensing functions
- Research and track state requirements for maintaining state money transmitter licenses
- Collect and provide information for periodic renewals
- Collect and provide information for periodic reporting
- Collect and provide information for audits and state examinations
- Work with various reporting sources to ensure accurate and timely data is provided
- Provide authorized delegate location data in accordance with state law
- Fulfill requests for information for due diligence requests from partners and state examiners
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2 or more years Licensing experience preferred
- Proven relationship building and communication skills required
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office products required (specifically Excel)
- Excellent time management skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- NMLS experience required

Salary : $46,300 - $58,600
