About This Opportunity
As a Payroll Analyst for InComm Brazil you will work closely with internal teams (Global HR Operations, Global HRIS, in-country employees and Global leaders) as well as external in-country vendors and partners to ensure that payroll processes are accurate and timely. In this role you will gain experience working deeply ADP / Celergo, ITOS, and Senior and will serve as an integral part of the team as we continue to refine processes and tooling. You will also partner with our internal teams as we continue to build out automation, refine reporting and take on a number of other exciting tasks and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with time-keeping systems, possess strong organizational skills, and have stellar communication skills.

Responsibilities
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing payroll within the payroll system and for executing standardized procedures to complete the payroll processing cycle. Working independently, but under direct supervision, this position ensures the accurate and timely processing of employee pay.
- Poll electronic time clocks and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
- Contact and coordinate with various department supervisors to capture any missed time reported.
- Compile payroll data such as other earnings as well as garnishments.
- Process monthly transfer of payroll data using payroll processing software.
- Compile internal management reports from payroll system software.
- Respond to employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, plus 4 years payroll processing experience preferred. (Will consider candidates with a Associate Degree or Technologo Degree).
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working within payroll and time keeping systems.
- Previous experience working within an HR/Benefits department preferred
- Demonstrated ability to continually enhance understanding of payroll process requirements within a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong oral communication and presentation
- Demonstrated expertise within Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in using software applications including Outlook, WORD, and PowerPoint
- Strong written communication skills that ensure the concise and accurate delivery of information
- Working knowledge of commonly referenced compliance and Brazilian regulatory requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining organized work habits that ensure the effective management of workflow and deliverable requirements.
- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to mitigate risk
- Full Professional Language Proficiency with both English and Portuguese
