Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone lines
- Maintain Front Desk Calendar
- Distribute electronic faxes
- Distribute paperwork or other items received at reception
- Assist Lobby walk-ins
- Receive and distribute medication deliveries weekly
- Receive and distribute deliveries
- Stock Snacks and Kitchen Supplies
- Complete New Hire Employment Verifications for QA requirements
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
- Background in customer service or administrative roles will be highly regarded.
