Warehouse Team Member - 3rd shift

Note: This job is for really Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Job Title: Warehouse Team Member

Hourly Rate: $14.00/hr ( $175 or more in bonuses!)

Shift schedule for 3rd shift:

• 8:15 PM - 5:30 AM (Sunday) AND
• 11:45PM - 05:30AM, (Monday - Thursday)

Location: Flower Mound, TX

really Flex is hiring Warehouse Team Members / Material Handlers for their electronics client in Flower Mound, TX.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or technical service.
• Must be able to lift and or pull over 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for 8 hours.
• Ability to work a PC and PC-related programs.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience in forward logistics operations is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks, perform repeated heavy lifting, and move equipment using material handling tools like pallet jacks.
• Verify unit counts and conditions, package/unpackage items, and prepare units for production.
• Perform data entry using client’s systems and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all quality performance standards.
