What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Crew position at Independence Dorms/The Villas at Independence?
We are seeking one full time cleaner and one part part time cleaning crew responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments.
You will work directly under the Resident Hall Director and Assistant Resident Hall Director.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Deep Clean Vacant Apartments (Living Room, Kitchenette, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms)
- Deep Clean Vacant Bedrooms/Bathrooms in Occupied Units
- Shampoo/Vacuum Halls
- Sweeping/Mopping Stairwells
- Dust Halls, Stairwells, and Common Areas
- Cleaning Public Bathrooms, Common Areas. and Offices
- Attention to detail and positive attitude a must
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Salary : $12 - $14
