About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Provider Network Operations to oversee the daily operations for our provider network at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our provider network operations, managing interactions with providers, and ensuring that our network meets the needs of our members. You will be expected to ensure that our provider network operations are efficient, effective, and meets the highest standards of quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in provider network operations or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a managed care organization
- Experience managing a large provider network
- Knowledge of health care regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
