Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent with 19 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience.
Clearance Requirement:
An active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required for this role.

Requirements:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the configuration, troubleshooting, installation, and removal of Voice and Video endpoints.
- Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration troubleshooting user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory.
- Create, modify, and remove Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
- Configure Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
- Respond to security incident reports.
- Manage customer tickets in the Support IT ticketing system.
- Hold an IAT Level 1 certification.
