We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Registration Clerk to join our growing clinic. The Registration Clerk is responsible for managing patient registration processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Essential responsibilities:
- Assist patients with registration criteria and questions.
- Verify chart paperwork is complete.
- Verify insurance and enter pay codes.
- Data entry registration details to create or reactivate chart.
- Screen patients for registration.
- Perform OB intake process including having patient’s sign financial responsibility letter.
- Apply and renew Soonercare benefits for patients and assist with any benefit questions.
- Assist with referral related questions.
- Manage flags in patient charts.
