Duties: This position will serve as a Resource Registered Nurse that provides departmental clinical expertise, staff development, mentoring and leadership. Qualifications: Mandatory Minimum Qualifications Experience: Three (3) years OB nursing experience involving direct patient care including two (2) years' experience in providing education and training to nursing staff. Education: Associate of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. License: Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory. Certificate: Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and maintain certification or valid American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) certification in Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) and maintain certification. Valid American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and maintain certification.
