What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Coordinator position at Indiana Furniture Industries Inc?
- Serve as main point of contact for a specific territory
- Analyze issues and provide the best resolution for the customer and company
- Collaborate effectively with various departments including Order Processing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.
- Communicate effectively with dealer partners and external sales representatives
- Provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and requests
- Must be well-versed in the Indiana Furniture product offering, and/or be willing to learn
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
- Ability to travel as required; currently anticipated to be <5% for the purpose of professional development, customer visits, etc.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion
