About this Position:
- Special Weekend Option Nights: Two 12-hour shifts Saturday - Sunday and one 12-hour shift Monday - Friday
- Plus 50 % Pay Differential of base rate
- New Hire Bonus of $30,000 available to Eligible External Candidates
- Relocation Bonus of up to $10,000 available to Eligible External Candidates based on their location
- 2 years of experience in a pediatric setting preferred
- Referral Eligible Position
- Location: Riley Hospital for Children
Our Respiratory Therapists (RT) work closely with our patients to evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders ranging in modalities and demographics. We are also responsible for collaborating with various different entities in the hospital setting including nurses, Advanced Respiratory Therapists, and Clinical Specialists to ensure total customer happiness and support.
Requirements:
Outside of working with groundbreaking technologies and therapies, our RTs get the opportunity to grow their medical knowledge and skills. They do this by working closely with patients and team members to build personalized therapies.
