What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with lead teachers to implement hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
- Building trusting relationships with children and families
- Jumping in with diaper changes, mealtime routines, and classroom transitions
- Modeling patience, empathy, and curiosity-every single day!
- Singing songs, leading circle time, and celebrating each child's growth!
- A big heart for little learners
- High school diploma or GED
- Open to the idea or willing to complete, or already enrolled in CDA or early childhood education coursework
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Team player vibes with a go-with-the-flow attitude
- Dependability, positivity, and energy that can't be contained!
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Knowledge of Indiana Early Learning Foundations
