Key Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
- Manage trash and recycling collection, ensuring proper disposal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and hygienic.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and leaf removal.
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the property management.
