What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contractor Sales position at Individually Owned and Operated Ace Hardware Store?
Provide customer support to walk-in retail and contractor customers and answer the phone and emails from customers. Assists customers with issues such as product selection, pricing and availability. Determine customer expectations in order to recommend specific products based on cost , availability or specification. Generate sales quoted requiring a working knowledge of the company products. The reading of blue prints and doing take offs is a plus.
