Role : US IT Recruiter
Work Location : Tampa Florida (Can work remotely but must be based in or near Tampa Bay, Florida)
Note : Full Time role. Must be authorised and willing to work on W2. Can't do C2C Corp to Corp or 1099.
Responsibilities :
- Source, identify, and recruit top talent in the Financial Services industry for various technical IT positions.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements.
- Build and maintain a network of candidates through various sourcing methods like job boards and other unconventional methods.
- Collaborate with Delivery managers to understand job specifications and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiation and client submissions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to the Financial Services (Capital Markets / Wealth Management) domain.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
