Testing Analyst

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with two (2) or more years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst that includes preparing documentation, reviews, and approvals of test results from key stakeholders using industry standard methods.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of client focused quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects and developing automated tests, preferably in a software development environment.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins or Application Lifecycle Management / Quality Center as the defect tracking and test planning tools.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an HHS or DOH or State Projects.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies on Iterations in SDLC.
• Experience with Accessibility Testing, Load Testing & Performance Testing.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills - Quick problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
• Mandatory to be 50% onsite in Albany, NY - no exception, Locals or relocation preferred.
