Founded in 1948 with facilities in Arizona and California Industrial Metal Supply Company is a leading metal distribution company providing high-quality metal products and services to industries including construction, manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence, we are looking to expand our team in the Phoenix area with a Temporary Part-Time Recruiter with experience working in a manufacturing, retail, fulfillment, or industrial setting. This will be a on-site position, 3 days per week, and could evolve into a full-time opportunity

Job Summary:

As a Temporary Part-Time Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within our organization, including warehouse, logistics, sales, and administrative positions. Your goal is to attract and hire top talent that aligns with our company's values and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
• Source candidates through resume databases, social media, job fairs, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate the offer process, including extending job offers and coordinating pre-employment screenings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Stay current with recruiting trends and best practices, particularly within the metal, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred..
• 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Experience hiring for blue-collar and skilled trade positions is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
