Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
- Source candidates through resume databases, social media, job fairs, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate the offer process, including extending job offers and coordinating pre-employment screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Stay current with recruiting trends and best practices, particularly within the metal, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred..
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
- Experience hiring for blue-collar and skilled trade positions is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
