What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency Assistant position at Infinger Insurance?
Infinger Insurance has an immediate opening for an Agency Assistant in our North Conway office. This position will have the responsibility of handling incoming phone calls, greeting walk-in customers, sorting and distributing mail, processing customer payments, ordering supplies, and various administrative assistant tasks. This position will provide opportunity for career advancement, including becoming a licensed insurance agent.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience required
Prior insurance experience is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
