- Pay Rate up to $45-50/hr!
- Daily Pay
- Direct Deposit
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess residents’ functional status, including ADLs, IADLs, cognition, mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and safety awareness
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on physician orders, resident goals, and evidence-based practice
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve independence in self-care, transfers, positioning, upper extremity function, and adaptive techniques
- Address cognitive, perceptual, and psychosocial deficits impacting daily function and quality of life
- Recommend, train, and educate residents in the use of adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team (PT, SLP, nursing, social services, and physicians) to coordinate care and support optimal outcomes
- Participate in care plan meetings, discharge planning, and family education to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care
- Monitor resident progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure services meet medical necessity requirements
- Complete timely, accurate documentation of evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with Medicare, state, and facility guidelines
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards of occupational therapy practice
- Supervise and collaborate with COTAs and therapy aides as applicable
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life in a skilled nursing environment
Salary : $45 - $50
