What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baseball/Softball Hitting Instructor position at Infinite Hitting Katy?
Position Summary:
A Hitting Instructor is responsible for teaching the swing to players ranging from 6 years old to professional athletes. The objective is to get baseball and softball players game ready. Coaches daily task will include reviewing game video, planning lessons, instructing hitters on the proper swing movements, and building players confidence through results.

Performance Objectives:
Maximize players results in games;
Understand the fundamentals of the swing and be able to coach players on the proper movements to help them improve;
Discuss with parents/guardians on how player is progressing and areas for improvement;
Share in the responsibility of providing a positive, encouraging atmosphere that members will want to return to time and time again;
Share in responsibility of client retention.
Experience:
Prior coaching experience is not required, however playing at the collegiate level is a must.
Growth:
There are growth opportunities including, but not limited to, managing your own facility.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 3-10, Saturdays 10-3

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
