Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Winter Park, FL, for an Escrow Closer. The Escrow Closer will facilitate the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing closing documents, managing escrow accounts, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring funds are disbursed properly. Exceptional client service is integral to this position.
Qualifications
- Experience in Closings and Escrow processes
- Notary designation and knowledge of applicable notary practices
- Familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the title and escrow industry is preferred
