Remote employees will be expected to travel to Columbia, MD 2-3 times per year.

What’s the job?

This opening is for an Implementation Consultant, one of a team of payroll professionals responsible for transitioning new clients from sales to service, using Prism HR. This position sets up new clients, creates a quality relationship with designated contacts with a commitment to making the PEO service experience as organized and seamless as possible, and provides internal payroll and Prism expertise.

Typical duties include:

  • Working proactively with sales to ensure new client information is clear and achievable. Participates in conference calls with the sales team related to new client service.
  • Receiving assigned new client packages and prepares for setup. Prepares for first payroll run and introduces single points of contact per service type. Serves as main point of contact for service setup.
  • Conducts welcome calls for all identified client contacts. Assists other departments in clarifying service expectations and collecting missing information for payroll processing, benefits plan set up or enrollments, and HR service delivery.
  • Following a standard checklist of items, with deadlines, to collect/verify before the first payroll run. This includes but is not limited to existing employee deductions, PTO plan set ups, group benefit enrollments, and discussion of urgent service needs.
  • Coordinating the collection of worksite employee new hire data and providing compliance consultations.
  • Maintaining notes related to client communications during set up. Identifies delayed client contact responses and coordinates follow up efforts.
  • Delivers any support or trainings for new clients. Ensures that all documented processes can be easily referred to by the client.

Qualifications Infiniti HR Is Looking For:

· High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred.

· At least one year of experience working with Prism HR, preferably in a multi-client, multi-state, PEO environment.

· Quality focused and detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.

· Understanding of payroll administration and Federal/State labor laws..

· Good computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and payroll processing.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Please note that the pay range for a Consultant I is $52,000 - $67, 000/year. Candidates with substantial Prism experience may be considered for a Consultant II position with a pay range of $62,000 - $77,000/year.
