  • Bachelor’s degree AND 3 of most recent 5 years’ experience in financial services and billing
  • 6 of most recent 8 years’ experience in leadership role in financial services and billing

 

Considerable knowledge of business office operations

 

Proven leadership skills

 

Proficient in word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs

Responsibilities

Manages the overall operations of the patient financial services insurance billing area in order to provide business operations support which meet IH's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
