Member Service Representative – Fredericksburg, King George, and Alexandria, Virginia

InFirst is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative for our 3 local branches. The right candidate will work at our Fredericksburg location (Saturday hours are required).
Responsibilities Include
Education And Skills Experience
A high school education or GED is required. A minimum of six months to two years’ experience in member service, lending, collections, or related experience. Candidates must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services. Also, candidates must have the ability to be successful in a fast-paced work environment.

- Assists members and potential members with their financial needs in person and over the telephone.
- Process account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance regarding products and services.
- Performs a broad range of branch and teller activities in person, over the telephone, by mail, email, fax, and on-line services.
