- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the staff as required

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems, data entry, and using software such as Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
