📅 Assignment Length: 13 weeks
💰 Travel Pay: $2,300/week | Local Pay: $55/hr on W2
🕒 Schedule: Night shifts, 7p–7a | 3x12s | 36 hours/week
📍 Location: Morristown, NJ
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Provide patient-centered care, applying the full nursing process from assessment through evaluation
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team using Shared Governance to deliver evidence-based care
- Create a healing environment for patients and families
- Uphold core values of Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence (PRIDE)
- Leverage excellent communication and computer skills to enhance care delivery
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with active license
- Minimum 1 year of Intermediate Care / step-down experience (ICU experience highly preferred!)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ASN or BSN preferred)
- Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
