Job Description : Reviews submitted electronic and paper applications in accordance with established procedures, processing through electronic computer systems. Provides telephone and email customer service with certified personnel in efforts to maintain or reinstate EMT certification, answering questions based on established procedures, or collects information for others to follow up. Provides assistance to individuals with respect to verification of past or current certification. Processes and maintains records related to certification and recertification.
