Position Title- Training Lead (ERP / SAP / Workday experience required) (Hybrid – 2days onsite – 3 days remote)
Location- White Plains, New York 10601
Duration- 12 month contract
Pay : - $50 / hr- $100 / hr
Required
- ERP Software Experience : Broad knowledge of ERP software is preferred. An understanding of ERP modules relevant Finance, HR, and Supplier Management
- Training and Development : Experience designing, developing and delivering training programs. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with leveraging a variety of learning models to support learners at various levels in the organization
- Project Management : Strong experience as a project manager of large and complex projects. Ability to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational and program goals and timelines.
- Change Management : Experience helping employees transition to new systems and processes. Skills in addressing resistance to change and promoting user adoption
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners. Ability to lead and influence teams or cross-functional groups. Able to work with all levels of management internal and external
