Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, CA - 3 day onsite.
LOA: 8 months
Start Date: February 2026
Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will support the implementation, optimization, and integration of several key business systems across Finance, Revenue, Growth. This person will act as a technical and functional partner—helping define requirements, manage implementations, support integrations, and ensure systems are scalable as the company continues to grow.
Systems Implementation & Integration
Lead the implementation of a Contract-to-Cash (C2C) solution (potentially using Tabs; final system TBD).
Lead the upgrade and optimization of Ramp, moving from a basic configuration to a more robust, scalable setup.
Support Sales Tax implementation, partnering with vendors such as Anrok or Avalara
Lead implementation of a Sales Commission tool, potentially Everstage
Support Salesforce (SFDC) implementation efforts
Partner closely with the Revenue Operations hire (primary SFDC owner).
Act as a supporting systems resource for configuration, testing, integrations, and ongoing enhancements.
Support implementation of an FP&A tool (e.g., Pigment), working closely with Finance to ensure accurate modeling, reporting, and data flows.
Qualifications
● 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role.
● Strong experience supporting finance and revenue systems implementations.
● Hands-on experience with some or all of the following:
○ Contract-to-Cash tools (Tabs)
○ Ramp
○ Sales tax tools (Anrok, Avalara)
○ Salesforce (SFDC)
○ FP&A tools (Pigment preferred)
● Experience supporting system integrations and working with external vendors.
● Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
