We are seeking a talented Salesforce Product Owner to join our dynamic team and drive the development and enhancement of our Salesforce solutions.
Position Overview: As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Salesforce applications. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users and development teams, to ensure our Salesforce solutions meet the needs of the organization and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and align product development with organizational goals.
Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and enhancements.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that outlines the vision for Salesforce solutions and key milestones.
User Story Development: Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, ensuring they understand requirements.
Testing and Validation: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate features and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide support to users to facilitate the adoption and effective use of Salesforce solutions.
Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and future enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
