T&D Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – Transmission and Distribution (T&D) to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of utility projects. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in managing complex T&D projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Manage all phases of T&D projects, including design, permitting, construction, and close-out, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Planning and Execution : Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet contractual and operational requirements.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, field crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders, to achieve project milestones.
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project performance.
• Compliance and Safety : Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Performance Monitoring : Track project progress, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improving efficiency and outcomes.
