Infusion Solutions is seeking a patient-centric, team-oriented, and results-driven Clinical Liaison to join our growing and dynamic team. The territory for this position is centered in Pierce County but will include coverage for Kitsap and Thurston. This is an exciting time at Infusion Solutions as we continue to expand our services—this role will be instrumental in supporting our newly opened Federal Way specialty pharmacy and infusion clinic as well as patients served by our established Bellingham location, serving the community for over 15 years. The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with experience in infusion or home health, and a background in sales. In this role, your skills, passion, and dedication to outstanding care are instrumental in the success of our patients and our business.
Job Description:
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts to drive referrals to Infusion Solutions.
- Responsible for cultivating strategic provider relationships and referral networks in assigned territory to expand business opportunities and enhance awareness of Infusion Solutions’ services among existing and prospective accounts.
- Lean on excellent customer service to develop and nurture customer relations.
- Provide virtual and on-site consultation for home infusion services for patients, families, facilities, physicians, and hospital discharge planners.
- Evaluate referrals received on hospitalized patients for appropriateness for home infusion.
- Maintain communication with appropriate office staff regarding referral received
- Facilitates smooth transition of patient from hospital to home to provide best continuum of care including providing patient education, teaching of equipment, and technical support.
- Explain insurance coverage and introduce services to hospitalized patients.
- Educate and teach patients how to infuse and to take an active role in their healing process.
- Partner with physicians, hospital case managers, and other health professionals to optimize patient goals.
- Collaborate with other key players at Infusion Solutions including pharmacists, dietitians, intake, and RN's to create a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- RN license (required)
- 3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Hospital, home infusion, or home health experience (preferred)
- 2 years of sales (highly preferred)
- Comfortable with technology including Microsoft Suite, CRM (HubSpot), and EMR.
Requirements: Must have an active RN license. Must have access to a personal vehicle with liability coverage to work in assigned territory. Mileage reimbursement provided. Must have a driver's license in good standing.

Salary: $100k-$110k variable incentive plan including commissions based on performance.
