Infusion For Health is a private-equity-backed healthcare provider that is expanding throughout California and beyond. Infusion For Health is focused exclusively on infusion therapies for chronic conditions. As we expand, we are looking for talented account executives to build our presence in key markets.

The Account Executive, or Provider Development Director, will manage Infusion For Health’s provider development, relationships, sales, and marketing supporting our Sacramento and Walnut Creek locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare or health services industries, and experience collaborating with healthcare providers. This position is home-based and has the potential for up to 60% travel throughout the territory.

The AE will develop and manage relationships with strategic high-volume physician practices that refer patients needing infusion treatment, offer Infusion For Health's services, and provide assistance and support to assigned physician practices and staff. The ideal candidate will be able to establish new relationships with practices, educate physicians and their staff about Infusion For Health’s services, and support these practices in referring their patients. In addition, he/she will partner with Infusion For Health’s care coordinators, marketing, and care success managers to evaluate and continually improve the effectiveness of how Infusion For Health supports providers.

The Physician Development Director will also develop, execute, and report to management on sales development plans that includes performance on key metrics, resources required to drive growth, and investments needed to improve efficiency. Additionally, he/she will work with a broad spectrum of partners in the care process, including, pharmaceutical representatives, local health plans and IPAs, and health systems.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with targeted physician practices to assess practice referral patterns, educate staff on Infusion For Health Services, and secure new patient referrals.
  • Determine top provider targets, execute activities to engage, and establish strong relationships with these providers.
  • Monitor ongoing performance of practices and identify ways to grow referral volume and document success and report results to management.
  • Manage relationships with key high-volume, accounts
  • Provide feedback to Infusion For Health marketing and operational teams to continually improve patient and provider engagement
  • Assist the Manager in community engagement and outreach programs to grow brand awareness in the local market
  • Assess provider reports, lead development and implementation of action plans
  • Identify, document, and collaborate with teammates on best practices
  • Meet and exceed quota and goals set by the manager

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills and experience working with physicians' offices.
  • Health industry experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales
  • B.A. degree in business, healthcare, finance, or a related field
  • Ability to develop and execute action plans for key accounts with minimal direction required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively to improve patient and provider engagement continuously
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with assigned strategic practices and keep accurate records of all activity for reporting purposes.


The pay range for this role is expected to be between $85,000-$100,000. Additionally, the role is eligible to participate in an uncapped incentive plan with an annual target of $50,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
