Open Positions

Position 1: Construction Defect Attorney

• JD and active California Bar membership
• Minimum 5 years of solid Construction Defect experience within an Insurance Defense firm
• Must have meaningful, hands-on CD litigation exposure—not just peripheral involvement

Position 2: Insurance Defense Attorney (PI Construction)

• JD and active California Bar membership
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling Personal Injury matters with Construction Defense exposure
• Background must be rooted in Insurance Defense practice

What You’ll Be Doing

• Independently managing a litigation caseload involving moderate exposure and complexity
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
• Taking or assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Contributing strategically to case evaluation, trial planning, and litigation strategy
• Communicating directly with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
• Leveraging modern litigation technology and document management systems
• Thriving in a self-directed environment while collaborating with a high-performing legal team

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications $125k-225k
